I’ve been on the search for a good dentist since moving here. Loved this practice. Tony was my hygienist and Dr. Chang was my dentist. Both so thorough, communicative and very sweet — Kristina Rivera on Google
Very good. The dentist and assistant are both friendly, compassionate, patient, and kind. The dentist was knowledgeable and helpful. And they took my insurance! No copays. How cool! — Stacey S. on Google
I loved my experience with Dr. Chang. The office was very clean and staff was friendly. I went to get a second opinion about my cavities after being told from a previous dentist I needed 13 fillings. I was confused as someone who takes care of their dental hygiene. Dr. Chang explained everything to me thoroughly and walked over the x-rays with me. I have baby cavities that need to be monitored not filled. I will deff be going back for my check ups. — Paola Hidalgo on Google
To start I have to say the dentist is the hardest appointment I can make for my husband. He was suffering with a loose tooth for over two weeks. He went to drop my daughter off and the staff knew his name before he even told them. He immediately felt comfortable and asked if he could be seen. They were able to fit him in without an appointment. The doctor extracted the tooth and he wasn’t afraid. The staff and doctors at Smile Arts are always so friendly on the phone and in person. Professional and gentle. My whole family are patients and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you — Charli B. on Google
This was my first time at Smile Arts based on a referral from my best friend (who is NOT a fan of dentists due to quite a few unpleasant experiences unfortunately). So when she kept raving about Dr. Chang, I said since I was in need of a new dentist, I’d try her out. WELL I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!
To be honest, Dr. Chang and the entire team (this includes the young lady at the reception desk who was so warm, welcoming and friendly), EXCEEDED my expectations and I am NOT easily impressed. Allia (the hygienist who cleaned my teeth) is officially know to me as “Angel Hands”. She went to work on my teeth and I felt almost nothing. Like in a scale of 1-10, my pain was at a 1. Dr. Chang was the most thorough dentist I’ve ever met with. She went though the x-ray of my teeth and explained EVERYTHING that I was seeing and what if anything that needed to be done. **Thankfully my gorgeous smile remains in tact**
Needless to say, I have found my forever dentist as i do not see how any other office could possibly top this experience. Well unless the services are free with the same wonderful experience. Thanks to the entire team at Smile Arts of NY!! See you all in 6 months. — Geisha B. on Google
Love the experience. Trustworthy, honest, and great skills to solve problems. We highly recommend Dr. Chang. Google
